The 3-days Military Diet Will Make You Lose 10 Pounds!

If you are a person that has a problem with the weight, and you want to lose some pounds, you need to stick to the rules of this diet.

There are of course, some exceptions like replacing the meat with lentils, or one vegetable for another, but in general, the rules of this diet need to be followed strictly. Day 1

Breakfast:

One slice of toast with two tablespoons of peanut butter, half a grapefruit and one cup of coffee.

Lunch:

Dinner:

85 grams serving of meat, together with one cup of green beans, one small apple, half a banana and one cup of vanilla ice cream.

Day 2

Breakfast:

A slice of toast, half a banana, and one hard-boiled egg.

Lunch:

A hard-boiled egg, one cup of cottage cheese, five saltine crackers

Dinner:

Two hot dogs, without the bun, half a cup of carrots and another half cup of broccoli, half a banana, and half a cup of vanilla ice cream.

Day 3

Breakfast

One slice of cheddar cheese, five saltine crackers, and one small apple.

Lunch:

One slice of toast, one boiled egg, and a cup of tea or coffee (this is optional).

Dinner:

A cup of tuna, half a banana, one cup of vanilla ice cream.

In order to obtain the best possible results, you need to be physically active and perform adequate exercises that correspond to your activity level. For an example, people that are suffering from obesity problems need to walk around the neighborhood, and the people that are active can perform various different exercises like swimming, running, walking, jumping ropes and working on the treadmill.
