7 Drinks to speed up your metabolism

1. PEPPERMINT GREEN TEA

Mix 7 cups of green tea, a handful of fresh mint leaves and several lemon slices in a jar.

Place the mixture in a fridge and leave it to overnight. Drink a glass of it every morning on an empty stomach, for a two weeks.

2. STRAWBERRY SMOOTHIE

Ingredients you will need:
– 1 cup yogurt

– ½ liter of milk

– 1 cup strawberries

– ½ cup oatmeal

– ¼ cup flax seeds

Preparation:
Add the ingredients in a blender and blend them well. Drink this juice before every meal, and after several weeks you will see the results

3. SPICED INFUSION

Ingredients you will need:
– 1 tablespoon of honey

– 1 glass of warm water
