Cheesecake is the favorite dessert to so many people (I mean me). It’s delicious and refreshing. And just when I thought I can’t find an easier recipe – I did!
-50 grams of crushed biscuits
-25 grams of melted butter
-100 grams Greek yoghurt
-50 grams of fresh cream cheese
-tablespoon powdered sugar
-250 grams of fruits (whatever kind you like)
-tablespoon lemon juice
- Crush the biscuits and mix with the melted butter. Arrange the mixture into 3 jars or cups and even the top with a spoon. Leave the jars in the refrigerator while you prepare the rest.
- First, mix the cream cheese and the powdered sugar together. When you form a mixture add the Greek yogurt and mix again until combined. Add this mixture to the prepared surface of the biscuits and put them back in the refrigerator at least an hour.
- In the meantime, cut the berries and put them in a pot, add sugar and lemon juice. Cook on low heat for about ten minutes constantly stirring. When the mixture is prepared allow it to cool down before you add it to the previous cream. When you put the fruit on top put the jars back to the fridge until serving.
TIP: This dose is sufficient for 3 jars of dessert or less – depending on the jar/cup size. For the last layer you can use any fruit you want, but with cheese best suited are sour fruits like cherries, raspberries, blackberries and all other kinds of berries.
