Summer and warm weather are perfect for detoxification of the body and recovery of fatty foods we enjoyed during the winter months.

Beet juice and celery is the easiest way to clean your body for only 42 hours.

To prepare the juice you need 50 grams of beetroot, 20 grams celery, 20 grams carrots, 3 grams of potatoes, 2 gr radish.

Preparation is simple. Put all ingredients in a blender and mix until you get the juice texture you want.

It is recommended to drink this juice twice a day. The first glass in the morning and the second 3 hours before sleep.

This juice is excellent for the entire body since it contains the vitamins B1, B2, B6 and vitamin C, folic acid and minerals such as phosphorus, potassium, calcium, magnesium, zinc, sodium and iron. To maximize the effect of detoxification, take care of your diet, eat more fruits and vegetables and exercise at least 3 times a week.

An important recommendation

Lactating women, children, people suffering from chronic degenerative diseases, cancer or tuberculosis should not do detoxification. If you suspect that there is some reason why you shouldn’t drink this juice, ask your doctor for advice.
