Why some people need short naps throughout the day?

- Choose a comfortable bed.
- Always use a blanket.
- Add honey and lemon to a glass of water. Drink this mixture before and after the nap.
Maintain a healthy balance between your body and mind by waking up at the same time every morning. If possible, go for a walk every morning.
