Five carcinogenic foods you eat almost every day!

Do you know the difference between foods with a little extra fat and sugar and foods that contain dangerous carcinogenic substances that can cause long-term damage to your health? There are five ultra-carcinogenic foods that you should avoid.

Number one: MEAT PRODUCTS

Meat prepared by smoking, salting or meat that contains chemical preservatives is associated with an increased risk of colon cancer. Most of these types of meat products are produced with a carcinogenic ingredient known as sodium nitrite. Sodium nitrite is used to save the red color of packed meat and to make it look fresh. A study in 2005 showed that processed meat increases the risk of pancreatic cancer up to 67%.

For example, frankfurters are made from animal organs, nervous tissue, pieces of bones and other parts of the animals. Animals that are used to produce these products are probably fed with grain mixed with hormones, antibiotics and pesticides.

Cancer researchers has revealed that consumers should stop buying and eating this kind of meat products until the end of life. These products include bacon, sausage, hot dogs, ham, salami, but also all kinds of red frozen meat. As you can see, all my favorites. L

Number two: CARBONATED DRINKS

They contain an enormous amount of calories, sugar and artificial ingredients that have no nutritional value. A regular can of soda contains about 70 grams of sugar. According to a research, the most popular “dietary” carbonated drinks have the same effect on dental shine as acids. This leads to increased tooth sensitivity and decay, no matter how good your oral hygiene is. Consumers who drink at least two sodas during the week, double their risk of developing pancreatic cancer.

Dark color carbonated beverages contain a chemical known as 4-methylimidazole, a byproduct of the chemical processing. 4-methylimidazole is used to create an artificial color. A ton of studies have shown that carbonated drinks cause obesity.

Number three: CHIPS

It’s full of trans-fats or, in other words, hydrogenated vegetable fats, carbohydrates, sodium, flavor enhancers, colorings or preservatives. These substances can lead to clogged arteries. The high temperature at which the chips are produced typically causes the formation of carcinogenic substances, such as acrylamide. Acrylamide is also located in cigarettes. Even the chips with reduced trans-fat may contain acrylamide.

Number four: MICROWAVE POPCORN

According to a US research, chemicals that are found in the inner layer bag including perfluorooctanoic acid are part of the class of compounds that can be associated with human infertility. These chemicals cause liver and pancreas cancer. Most manufacturers promised they will get rid of this acid by 2015.

Number five : APPLES

Believe it or not, it’s the truth. According to a research by the American working group on the environment, foods that contain on average the most pesticides are apples. In more than 700 tested samples the content of pesticides is 98%. Other highly contaminated fruits include grapes, strawberries and oranges.

More than 90% of the tested samples contain traces of pesticides. We all know that pesticides are toxic to humans. They may increase the risk of certain types of cancer. So, as a conclusion, be sure to wash them before eating or serving.
