So, you must properly get ready for the season of sandals. There are so many ways for you to get smooth feet and here are four of them.
Treatment with oil
Clean well and dry your feet. Apply 2 tablespoons olive or coconut oil. Massage your feet with the oil for about 5-10 minutes. Put on soft cotton socks and go to bed. Rinse your feet in the morning and put on a feet cream. You will notice the difference immediately after the first treatment.
Banana and avocado treatment
Put 1 big banana and half avocado in your blender. When a nice paste is formed, apply it on your feet and put thicker layer on the back of your foot. Let the mask for about 15-20 minutes. Rinse with warm water and apply feet cream.
Mix 1 cup of honey with two cups of hot water and soak your feet in this mixture for 15-20 minutes. Rub your feet with stone, rinse well and dry with a towel. Apply nourishing cream.
Treatment with vinegar
Mix one cup vinegar with 5 cups water. Dip your legs in this mixture and wait 15 minutes. Remove the dead skin with stone, rinse and dry your feet. Apply baby oil or foot cream after this treatment.
