- Plastic wrap
- One tablespoon of ground ginger (or powdered)
- Four to five tablespoons of body lotion
- Elastic bandage
- Warm water
You need to soak the towel in water and then wrap it around your stomach or the area that you want to lose weight. Leave it there for five minutes and then remove it. The wet towel will make the pores open up. Then, mix together the lotion and the ginger powder, and apply this combination on the area that you had previously put the towel on. When you apply the mixture, wrap up the area with the plastic wrap.
Next, take the elastic bandage and wrap it up over the plastic wrap. Leave the bandage overnight, because in that way the ginger will be compressed because of the weight of your body, and it will work during the night.
During the night, you may feel a slight tingling sensation. Do not worry, that is a good thing, because it means that the ginger is working as intended. Remove the bandages and the plastic wrap in the morning.
