In order to avoid gases or bloating, you need to make sure that you are eating the right food. There are tons of foods that can cause gases or bloat, or in some cases, they can even provoke an acid reflux.

Fatty foods for an example can stay in the system for much longer because they are very hard to digest. That is the reason why you are feeling full and uncomfortable.

Some of the foods that can cause bloating, gases and acid reflux are:

There are some people that do not brush their teeth and they use chewing gums instead. But, this can lead to gasses, in the long run, not to mention that it can significantly worsen the oral health.

Also, there are some sodas and carbonated drinks that increase the air content in your intestines. Smokers are inhaling more gases which can also lead to higher amounts of air in the intestines, which will lead to bloating, gases and digestive discomfort.
