Newest Diet on the Internet: Lose 24 Pounds in Just Two Weeks!

If you want to get results in to time, the egg diet is ideal.

Contrary to what many people may think, this diet uses not only eggs. The diet includes many vegetables and citrus fruits which makes a balanced menu. It helps with burning fat and increasing metabolism without the annoying feeling of hunger.

Eggs are an excellent source of protein and other viral nutrients. They contain all the essential amino acids in the correct proportions and therefore are a good source of complete protein. They are also an important source of vitamins B2, B12, D, E and folic acid.

The most important part of the diet (and every other diet) is to always drink lots of water. Water moisturizes the body and helps with the purification of cell toxins. Drink at least 8 glasses of water per day and if you’re more physically active – drink even more. This may seem like a large amount of fluids but soon you’ll get used to it. When you’re in doubt if you’re hungry or not, that’s because your body is probably very dehydrated and you just need to drink more water. Therefore, you should drink enough water every day to keep you in shape and eliminate fat. Also, if you consume water constantly you will learn to distinguish between thirst and hunger, which will help you to eat evenly.

The rules for the egg diet are simple. Just like with any other diet, you are not allowed to eat “junk food” and “fast food”, such as: burgers, sweets, pizza etc. It’s necessary to limit the consumption of sugar and salt foods. For better results, avoid consuming sodas and alcohol.

The egg diet can make you lose up to 24 pounds in 2 weeks – as long as your body allows it. The best thing is that you will not regain weight after completing the diet.

This will be the menu for the next 2 weeks. Enjoy!

As you could see, this is a low carbohydrate diet. I will recommend consulting a doctor before you start.

The menu is very simple and you will not have any problem in carrying it out. If you want better results, exercise at least 4 times a week.

The best part about this diet is that you can consume any kind of fruit and vegetable that you want. When you have a fruit meal you can eat any fruit, except bananas (they’re very rich with carbohydrates, and can make you a problem when you want to lose weight).
