  • 10 dates
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • tablespoon coconut oil
  • tablespoon almond butter
  • 5 drops liquid stevia
  • 9 drops ginger oil
  • tablespoon coconut powder
  • ½ cup honey
  • ½ spoon cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoons minced ginger.

Preparation: put all ingredients in a blender and mix them until the mixture density is slightly greater that the one for pancakes. Pour the mixture into a baking pan lined with transparent plastic wrap foil and place it in the freezer for two hours.

After that, take it out of the freezer and cut it into small cubes.
