  • DETOX YOUR BODY

You must drink a gallon of water every day. For better results you can combine the water with many variations of fruits and vegetables. You can prepare you home detox water. Put one lemon, one cucumber and few leaves of mint in a bottle and let it stay overnight.

  • COFFEE PEELING

Yes, coffee can help you get rid of cellulite, not if you drink it, but if you use it as peeling cure. Caffeine found in coffee is an active ingredient in many anti-cellulite creams. Half a cup of coffee sediment can be used as a peeling tool for cellulite. Best way to do this peeling is in the shower, because the hot water will help the caffeine to penetrate deeper into the skin. Using a circular motion massage the affected areas for 5 minutes, then wash it with cold water. The cold water tightens the pores and makes the skin tighter.

TIP: You should clean your bathtub immediately because it can get darker of the caffeine.

Lemon juice helps melting the cellulite. Drink warm water with one squeezed lemon. If you can’t drink it like that, you can add a spoon of honey (NOT SUGAR). Drinking lemon juice alone will not help you get rid of the cellulite, but in combination with coffee peeling, massage and exercise will give you excellent results.

Brushing the skin is an effective and simple way to reduce cellulite. Brushing improves the circulation and removes the dead cells from the top layer of the skin. As a result you will get smoother and softer skin.Take a body brush with soft bristles and start brushing the skin while it’s dry. The best way to do this is before showering. But be careful, do not use strong pressure.
