Simple bedtime technique that will help you fall asleep in minutes!

In this article, we are going to give you a solution for your sleeping problems. It is a technique which will allow you to fall asleep in a matter of minutes.

It is very important to know that sleep is crucial for our overall health because this is the time where your body will recover from the damage that it was done to it during the day. When you have sleeping issues, it can actually lead to other health problems, like the inability to focus, low energy, bad memory, problems with the concentration, hormonal imbalances etc.

Here is what you need to do:

  1. Preparation

You will need to find your most comfortable position, maximize your comfort and prepare for the technique.

  1. Feel your body

You need to concentrate on the airflow going in and out of your body while taking three deep breaths. You need to think about the air that is going through your nose, to your stomach and when it goes out through the mouth.

  1. Relax

You need to focus on each part of your body individually, tense it for a couple of seconds, and then relax it again, in order to scan your entire body and allow it to unwind and relax.

  1. Repeat

After the first loop, repeat the same technique again. You need to repeat the same steps, tensing and relaxing each part of your body. This technique will allow you to boost the mind-muscle connection, and it will effectively calm your body.

If you are feeling frustrated or uncomfortable, you will need to calm yourself, find your most comfortable position and then start over again. Do this technique for seven days and you will see that the more you practice, the less time it will take you to fall asleep.
