WINTER DIET: How to get rid of those extra pounds?

This winter diet will enrich your menu with healthy and colorful foods that will keep you energy on the high levels.

Winter Diet Plan

DAY 1:

Breakfast: cereals – 6 spoons, a glass of yogurt, an apple

Snack: lemonade with a teaspoon of honey

Lunch: turkey soup, broccoli cooked on steam

Snack: tiramisu

Dinner: cooked mushrooms, brown bread, chamomile tea with honey

DAY 2:

Breakfast: 1 cup of hominy and a glass of yogurt

Snack: 2 kiwis

Lunch: beef soup, beef steak, slice brown bread

Snack: pumpkin pie

Dinner: vitamin salad, slice of brown bread, thyme tea with honey

DAY 3:

Breakfast: 2 slices brown bread and a glass kefir

Snack: orange juice

Lunch: schnitzel, carrot soup, slice of brown bread

Snack: 2 tangerines

Dinner: 2 boiled eggs, slice of bread with butter, green tea

DAY 4:

Breakfast: bun with sesame seeds and a glass of yogurt

Snack: 1 pear

Lunch: grilled fish, boiled spinach with garlic, slice brown bread

Snack: rice pudding

Dinner: green salad, slice brown bread, briar tea with honey

DAY 5:

Breakfast: 2 slices brown bread with butter and blueberry jam, green tea with honey

Snack: tomato juice with mint leaves

Lunch: beef soup, beef steak, steamed carrot, slice brown rice

Snack: 1 grapefruit

Dinner: banana bread

DAY 6:

Breakfast: banana, raspberries, yogurt mixed in a blender (smoothie)

Snack: baked apple, green tea with honey

Lunch: chicken soup, chicken steak with honey and spices, slice of brown bread

Snack: 2 kiwis

Dinner: kefir, 1 pancake with mozzarella

DAY 7:

Breakfast: muffin and a glass of yogurt

Snack: handful of Indian walnuts

Lunch: 3 potatoes, lettuce salad with lemon and olive oil

Snack: 2 tangerines

Dinner: 2 slices of brown bread with butter and a cup of green tea
