Avoid these foods that cause hormonal imbalance and skin problems

Everyone has a risk of getting acne. Even if you think that you are past that period in which acne usually appear, you can wake up someday with a couple of new zits. Even though acne breakout is typical for teenagers, it can also happen later in life, usually because of hormonal imbalance.

There are some dairy products that contain synthetic hormones that can lead to hormonal imbalances. Dairy foods are one of the main reasons for a leaky gut syndrome. It can lead to inflammation, which can, in turn, lead to acne.
